What I ate:

IMG_1103Their Chinese food is the big hit for me that night!

IMG_1106Grilled wagyu, sausages and kebab

IMG_1110Chinese food again

No desserts for me that night since I was already full. The Chinese selection was really a big hit for me that night because it was very delicious and tasty! Some stations I did not bother to check since it was always empty. There are many people that night that even they refill, it disappears faster.

No need to worry since Yakimix Prime is part of the Lover’s Club.

When Manila opened Fairmont Hotel, everyone is excited to check out Spectrum. Spectrum served high quality food from all over the world. When my officemate asked us that their was if we want to ate their since there was  a 50% discount for BPI Gold credit card holders every Monday, we got all excited. We are all very excited, I assure you!

As I walked around and took pictures of the food, the servers are very cheerful and will greet you with a big smile. That is a plus factor me as it will set the mood.

Here are some of the photos I took:

Fresh, Solaire Resort &Casino

photo 16

FRESH boasts that everything they serve are fresh except the ice cream.

Here are the dishes they offered that night:

photo 5Bread and butter on the table- very soft, the best food of the night

photo 18Seafood Station

photo 3King Crab legs- huge, but very chewy and rubbery

photo 8Cured meat and cheeses

photo 12Chunky cut of sashimi- I wish they’d cut it nicely and improve on the plating

photo 13Hot Food- not appetizing, not that good

photo 4Carving Station

photo 6Dessert Station

photo 7Churros

photo 9Solaire’s Chocolate Cake

Overall, the food was satisfactory. At 2,100 per person (during weekends), it cannot be compared to higher-end buffet hotels, such as Sofitel and Shangri-La, that offer wide variety of dishes. They need improvement on the quality of  food and the appearance of the food.
