FRESH boasts that everything they serve are fresh except the ice cream.

Bread and butter on the table- very soft, the best food of the night

Seafood Station

King Crab legs- huge, but very chewy and rubbery

Cured meat and cheeses

Chunky cut of sashimi- I wish they’d cut it nicely and improve on the plating

Hot Food- not appetizing, not that good

Overall, the food was satisfactory. At 2,100 per person (during weekends), it cannot be compared to higher-end buffet hotels, such as Sofitel and Shangri-La, that offer wide variety of dishes. They need improvement on the quality of  food and the appearance of the food.

Sophie’s Mom recently opened at Tuscany, McKinley Hill. Sophie’s Mom is the home of the best red velvet cakes and the happiest place on earth.

Red Velvet- very soft and delicious!

Lasagna- it’s ok

Coffee to pair with the cake

Over-all, I like the ambiance of the place. It is cozy that I actually like to work there. They just need to improve on the service since there is no waiter on the second floor. You actually need to go down if you want to get something or pay your bills.
