Earth Hour 2013

Want to save the Earth? Join Earth Hour 2013!

Earth Hour

Earth Hour is the world’s largest environmental event, annually uniting over 150 nations to fight climate change via its 60-minute switch-off. Filipinos should be particularly proud as the Philippines – considered by Earth Hour Global as a hero country – has held the top spot since 2009! (Source: WWF website)

On March 23, 2013 (Saturday) from 8:30-9:30PM, millions of people around the world would take a stand against climate change by switching off our lights for one hour.

Seoul, South Korea

Last September 2012, Karen and I went to Seoul without any plans at all. Since Twin suddenly cannot accompany us, we have no itinerary or whatsoever things in mind that we want to do. She is the one who is very active in researching.  For 4 days, we just eat, shop, sleep, hoard food and study!

Here is our 4 days Seoul Trip:

Freebies from Myeongdong

Usually, a saleslady would be outside shouting the name of their stores. They will hand you some freebies but you need to go inside to look around. Sometimes if you don’t buy, they will get the freebie back again.

Hello Kitty Cafe, South Korea

Hello Kitty is one of my favorite characters in the world. So when Karen and I went to Seoul last year, we definitely when to the famous Hello Kitty Cafe. The place was hard to find.  Thanks to the  kind adults that helped us locate the place.

The coffee is bland and the cake is not good at all. The cream is thicker than the bread inside.
